As one of the tenants at X street, I wanted to send you a quick thank you for the work you did in our building yesterday. I know our landlord was very rude to you on the phone, however it seems to me you did your work quickly and efficiently. I believe your clarity and honesty in addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the heating system were in the best interest of the building owner and demonstrate your professionalism in your field.
